Motor Control Driver - Stepper / Servo Motor and Encoder Repair
Every driver, motor and encoder repair work involves evaulation process not only to find out problem with your motor but also to be able repair and re-hab your motors into a "like new" condition. To successfully repair your items and make sure that they will meet factory specifications, we are obtaining and keeping a database of the original technical data sheets. We examine them and look for any dynamic or static parts that does not meet factory.
DYNAMOMETER MOTOR BENCHES
Dynamometer Motor Bench Testing is just one of our ways rendering state-of-the-art motor repairs to you. We will perform full load testing of motors and verify motor performance. We will analyze and evaluate motors for any vibration, temperature fluctuations, bore run-out issues and assess electronics integrity.
MOTOR CONTROL DRIVER
Drivers and Power Supply Modules of virtually any maker will be repaired to OEM specifications following IPC standards and to be load tested to check proper voltage and current characteristics.
ENCODER ANALYZER
Feedback components, such as tachometers, resolvers and incremental or absolute encoders, are checked and repaired. They are to be evaluated and align if necessary using our Encoder Analyzer.
TEST REPORT
At the end of over-all repairs, we will produce a complete test report to be presented to every client.
A suggestion or recommendation regarding possible end-user related improvement for the system integrity and application suitability will also be discuss as needed.
